Coaching to Enhance Individual Effectiveness
We provide confidential individual coaching for senior executives, middle managers, and employees. QHR often uses multiple assessment tools to understand both importance and behavior in areas such as leadership, management, interpersonal, and business skills. We also assess self-awareness, adaptability, empathy, etc. This process provides valuable feedback to increase awareness of how effective they really are in both business and interpersonal relationship skills. We then jointly develop and implement a plan for increasing individual and leadership effectiveness.
Culture Change and Alignment
We help organizations create or develop the culture and climate that gains the commitment and energy of employees toward achieving strategies and business results. QHR works with organizations to understand their current culture and then design and create a new culture that supports the organization's strategies, goals and improvement efforts. Sustainable change and performance are most assured when both the culture (what associates believe the organization values) and the climate (what associates experience) are in alignment with the strategies and goals of the organization. Organizational Development

If managers understand normal statistical variation, they will ask more appropriate questions, make better decisions, reduce variation, and improve services and products. Six Sigma
Quality is a given in the marketplace. Customers demand efficiency as well as effectiveness and their loyalty and retention are critical to business longevity. Six Sigma tools eliminate variability in all processes, whether they are customer facing or internal business processes.
